At the helm of Wiggle Worm Stems Tech Academy childcare center is a passionate and accomplished leader with a deep commitment to education, innovation, and child development. With over 18 years of experience in the field, and 9 years dedicated specifically to early childhood care (ECC), The Director brings a rare and valuable blend of instructional expertise, technical knowledge, and business acumen to the role.
What sets our director apart is a unique professional background in both engineering and business management. This combination fuels a forward-thinking approach to early learning—one that integrates structured, hands-on STEM experiences with the nurturing, child-centered care essential for young learners.
Having started her journey in education nearly two decades ago, the director has worked across a variety of academic settings, gaining deep insight into curriculum development, classroom management, and learner engagement. Her transition into early childhood education was driven by a strong belief in the importance of early intervention and the transformative power of high-quality preschool programs.

Her patience, responsibility, and ability to connect with younger children make her a wonderful addition to our team.
In addition to working with the daycare, Chloe helps manage our center’s social media, where she uses her creativity to share updates, activities, events, and special moments with our community.
As a high school varsity cheerleader, she understands the importance of dedication, teamwork, discipline, and school-life balance. We are proud to support her as she continues developing her skills and gaining real-world experience while pursuing her education.

We’re proud to have a dedicated and compassionate teacher guiding our energetic 3-year-olds through their early learning journey.
Our Beginner 3’s teacher is currently working toward her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, a nationally recognized certification in early childhood education. She brings a warm, nurturing presence to the classroom and is deeply committed to helping each child grow emotionally, socially, and academically at their own pace.
With a natural gift for connecting with young learners, she creates a classroom environment that is safe, engaging, and full of opportunities for hands-on exploration. Whether it’s helping little ones develop their fine motor skills with art activities, building early literacy through Storytime, or guiding children through their first group routines, she brings patience, joy, and intentional teaching to every part of the day
Kourtlyn Menard
With nearly 30 years of experience in childcare, Ms. Leshall brings patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children to our center. What began as an unexpected opportunity quickly became a calling she fell in love with and she has never looked back.
She believes every child is unique and deserves to be met where they are. She takes the time to understand each child’s individual needs and teaches at their level, creating a nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.
She welcomes and celebrates children of all colors, cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, and abilities. Her years of experience, caring heart, and unwavering patience make her a treasured part of our childcare team.
